RoastMyMail (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website roastmymail.app (the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoastMyMail is an AI-powered tool that analyzes cold email copy and provides scores, line-by-line feedback, and rewritten versions. The Service is intended for informational and productivity purposes only.

3. Accounts

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account (up to 3 free roasts). To access unlimited roasts and saved history, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

The Solo plan is offered at $8 USD per month, billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@roastmymail.app with your order details and we will process the refund promptly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI systems
• Use the Service for spam generation or bulk unsolicited email campaigns
• Circumvent usage limits or account restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RoastMyMail and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any email content you submit; by submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI feedback will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoastMyMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
